Finally set up a blog

After getting the dead account @tweetup, I set up a website for it. I'm still coming up with ideas (and soon, ritalin or something so I can actually concentrate on making them real) for the site. I set up @tweetup_ to be a retweet bot and I really don't know how I'm going to make that work out in a useful manner. Seems to work for @lotd though.
